Shipping
Wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS ground, insured. If you want 3 day ground, additional charges will apply. Each package receives a tracking number and is insured.
Small items will be shipped via Postal Service, Priority Mail. Every package will contain a tracking number. We do not insure Priority Mail packages. If you have experienced problems with lost or damaged mail in your area, we suggest adding insurance. Indicate this on the order form in "comments area". If a package is lost through shipping, we will not be held responsible.
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, money order, check or COD. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 charge. Checks and money orders should be made payable to West Wind Jewelry Company.
Returns
Unsold items can be returned for a refund within 3 months from date of shipment. Items must be returned in their original silver foil boxes. We suggest you insure your return package.

By ordering from West Wind Jewelry Company, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate. You further represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of our products will not violate any applicable law.
The products listed on our site are are not always in stock at any one time and we make no guarantee that we can obtain a particular item for you. While we attempt to maintain the accuracy of our online prices, our prices are subject to change.
