West Wind Jewelry Company's Party Host Agreement

The Party Host agrees as follows:

1. The Party Host will gather at least 12 participants for a jewelry party, to be attended by a sales rep of West Wind Jewelry Company. The Party Host is responsible for providing all desired refreshments and other party supplies. WWJC's sales reps will only be responsible for displaying our hand-made jewelry.

2. All displayed products are only available  for immediate purchase. No orders will be taken, nor can any jewelry be delivered or paid for later. All purchases are final.  Payment of cash or check is due at the time of sale. Make checks payable to: West Wind Jewelry Company.

3. As compensation for hosting the jewelry party, the Party Host will receive:

      $1.50 credit towards WWJC products or $1 cash for every $10 that attendees spend at your Party.

      $10 credit or $5 cash for each attendee that signs an agreement that night to host their own Party. Attendees that sign up also receive a $10 credit themselves.
